Legion Manor Victoria and the J.O. Anderson Memorial Housing Complex are operated by the South Vancouver Island Zone Housing Society. Part of the Pacific Command of the Royal Canadian Legion, this Zone encompasses all of Greater Victoria from Sooke to Sidney, including Pender and Mayne Island. The South Vancouver Island Zone is very active; with 11 branches and 6 Ladies Auxiliaries boasting over 10,000 members. We are a compassionate organization that cares about our veterans, our youth and our community. All branches welcome visitors & newcomers as guests or members. Whether your interest is in dancing, games, darts, cribbage, horseshoes, sports, steak or salmon dinners, or just a friendly atmosphere & camaraderie you will find it at “The Branch” of your choice. |
